Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic we are having some difficulties shipping outside of the United States.  At this time, we cannot guarantee that we can ship to countries outside of the United States.  Please call our store to find out the current status of International Shipping.

We utilize the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship orders. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order's package and which service is selected by the customer during their checkout process on our online store. We include a small handling charge in order to cover costs for processing the shipping of your order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. Our staff process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by the most efficient method (US Postal, UPS or Fedex). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
